ChurnWin ("we", "our", "us") operates the churnwin.com website and the ChurnWin SaaS platform. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Account Information
When you register for ChurnWin, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your credit card details.
Stripe Data
When you connect your Stripe account, we access customer records, subscription data, invoice data, and cancellation metadata via the Stripe API using the API key you provide. We use this data solely to compute analytics, risk scores, and churn metrics for your dashboard.
Usage Data
We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, device type, and IP address. This data is used to improve the product and is not sold to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the ChurnWin platform
- To compute churn analytics, MRR metrics, and risk scores from your Stripe data
- To send feedback request emails to your churned customers on your behalf
- To send you service-related communications (account updates, billing)
- To improve and optimize our platform
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:
- Stripe — for payment processing and data synchronization
- Email providers — to deliver feedback request emails on your behalf
- Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect our rights
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure API key storage. Stripe API keys are encrypted at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and synced Stripe data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Disconnect your Stripe account at any time
- Delete your ChurnWin account entirely
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only for aggregate product improvement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of ChurnWin after changes constitutes acceptance.
